OmniFix Plastic clamping system for O-INSPECT
Suitable for use on 3D coordinate measuring machines, for all clamping operations that only require low clamping and holding forces. This clamping system is used for mounting workpieces to the grid pallet for one-time measuring. The black plastic clamping devices are mounted to the grid pallet with M4 threads and fastened by hand. Clamping claws are made of high-tensile plastic hold your workpiece safe without damaging it.
The possible clamping force (approx. 500 N), depending on the selected lever ratio of the clamping claw support, is achieved by tightening the nut on the knurl. If the clamping elements are jammed, the nut can be loosened using an open-end wrench.
