ZEISS REACH CFX® 3, MMZ extensions are specially designed for use on large machines (MMZ) to inspect large-volume workpieces. Despite their considerable length, they are flexurally rigid and torsion-resistant with low weight - thanks to the special winding of the carbon fiber from which they are made. The measurement results with ZEISS REACH CFX® 3, MMZ extensions are so stable that they are allowed to exceed the length specified for the VAST measuring head.
